Tent Peg Kids

NEWSFLASH: Tent Peg Kids is starting in Term 4 2010 at Beckenham Baptist Church, Christchurch.
We are excited to be partnering together with this church and seeing Kids grow into all that God wants them to be.

THE MISSION
Tent Peg Kids is a programme that raises children to become part of a global community, growing in intimacy with their Poppa God, who see His power in healing and restoration.  Children who will become history makers, as they walk in all they have access to as Children of God, whose history becomes "His Story"; naturally supernatural, bringing Heaven to Earth.  Tent Peg Kids aims to TRANSFORM the lives of the Children who are part of the programme - and the lives of those they encounter.
 
THE PROGRAMME
Tent Peg Kids is a one term programme that focuses on knowing who we are in Christ, the Presence of God and the Power of God. The programme is designed for children to experience God's love for them and to teach them to use their spiritual senses; being led by the Holy Spirit and the guidance of leaders.
Weekly Meetings - involve children encountering God, discovering their full identity and giving away what God has given them.
Journey Adventures -  children each day read a key point from the weekly meeting, listen and record what God is saying.
Invitation - an overnight retreat where children come and dwell in God's Presence and let His love saturate them.
Destination - a chance to give away all God has given them on a missions outreach (usually 4 days long).
