Our Structure
The Tent Peg Missions Relational Diagram shows the relationships between all the layers of Tent Peg Missions. The key relationships are:
HOLY OF HOLIES
God's Holy of Holies is the place where the purposes and plans of God are revealed and released to the family and is expressed in our relationship of worship to God.
FAMILY
The first responsibility is to make God the centre of all we do so that everything flows out of relationship with Him as Father and us as fully adopted sons and daughters of God. Relationships are central and the family will strengthen and protect relationships and to work together using each ones gifts to see God's plans birthed. It is within the Tent Peg Missions Family that the guidance and leadership flows out. Each person has a role in helping everyone (children, staff, families and communities) grow up into their inheritance.
In each country we operate in there is a family representative. Their role is:
- Support each of the project leaders and staff.
- Communicate and maintain relationship with each project, the family and boards.
- Helping project leaders work within purpose, values and culture of TPM.
- Releasing people into their future.
- Facilitating a way of people coming together to be trained, equipped and released to transform communities.
BOARDS OF DIRECTORS
The Tent Peg Missions New Zealand and Tent Peg Missions Uganda Boards provide earthly governance to the projects. Their responsibility is to ensure:
- The boards work together with the Family to ensure TPM stays within the purposes and plans of God.
- The organisation functions well.
